Exercise your abs twice a week and work your other muscles at least once a week.
Aerobic/Cardio Exercise - It's a pretty well-known fact that jogging and other low intensity exercises performed for a long period of time are the best way lose a couple lbs. But there is a way to increase your fat burning efficiency by as much as 1000%! You read that right, 1000% It's called interval training. Simply put, instead of going at a steady pace your whole workout, try exercising at a steady pace for 2 minutes then a fast and intense pace for 2 minutes and then repeat for 15-25 minutes. This has been shown to multiply fat burning and weight loss.
Diet - First off, you need to get rid of the typical idea of what a diet is. Don't think of your diet as just a thing that you will be on to help you lose weight and bam you're done. Your diet is how you will eat for the rest of your life to maintain a healthy weight. So when you're choosing how you will be eating to lose the weight, make sure it is something you will be able to keep up with for the rest of your life. This is why a lot of dieters don't make it, they're body physically can't stay on the diet for too long.
